Speaker support and production services
Speaker support services enable speakers to present effective and interesting presentations. Some speakers might be knowledgeable and have enough information, but because of their busy schedules, they might not have the time to write and design their own presentations; because of these time constraints they decline the invitation to present. Event managers have realised that this is increasingly becoming the deciding factors for high-calibre speakers with hectic schedules, and more and more event management companies are now providing their presenters with speaker support services.
Speaker production services are more advanced than basic support services. Enhanced audio-visual support assists speakers with their presentations. Some of the more technologically advanced equipment discussed in this section will be charged for, so needs to form part of the event budget.
